Charger Industries sells all new aluminum center console inserts for 1966/67 automatics and 4 speeds - EXACT METAL REPRODUCTION.
They say:
I am currently manufacturing a brushed aluminum console center section. It is an exact reproduction of the original piece that was on the 66 and 67 automatic and 4 speed Chargers. You know the piece. It's the one that looks generally awful. On every 66/67 Charger I have ever seen, even with great restored interiors, they have this old grey scratched dulled out aluminum center section. The black outer lanes (on some) have been repainted and the chrome edge molding looks great but the center usually looks lousy. WELL NOT ANY MORE.
